Super modern & spacious rooms with really cute touches e.g. welcome snacks! Being able to use the app to order room service & talk to staff was fab. The free gym & gym classes, free laundry, free sunset yoga, great massages at the spa (Yogi was amazing), surf lessons etc. Great WiFi & central location Finally, the staff were super kind and friendly - thanks for a great stay!

Loved the roof top pool with shady cabanas,sometimes a DJ playing lovely soulful music there in the afternoon.also the free DIY launderette downstairs near the gym( also good) Food was well presented,staff super helpful.Toiletries ,hairdryer,nice coffee in the room...bed and pillows super comfy, AC good,blackout blind worked well

Everything is just perfect. The most clean hotel in Bali. We had the top gun suite which was perfect. Food is amazing on the rooftop. The app they use is working very well, and you can order anything or chat with the reception anytime. Room service is 24 hours and they provide complementary message, snacks and drinks at check in. We stayed in 5 hotels over 2 weeks in Bali and this is the one I rate highly if you are after cleanliness and perfection.

The property was very clean, modern and well presented. The staff here were very helpful and so lovely, they were also very informative of all the facilities the hotel had to offer! The location is excellent, right on the beach front and a short walk to Beachwalk Shopping Mall. The hotel use an app which you can contact them through which also shows all the facilities, menus etc. The roof top bar and pool is amazing, excellent drinks & food menu, stunning views and the pool is lovely. The rooms were extremely clean, the air con is fab and good selection of tv channels. We even got a little gift in the room!!! We only booked here for one night but we liked it so much we have booked to stop again in a few days. The Al A Carte breakfast menu has a good amount of options on there and we much prefer this to the help yourself breakfasts!!

Bali can be a hot miserable place at times, with crazy motorbikes and car/bike exhaust pollution, and this hotel was our sanctuary. We stayed here 10 days in n March 2023, and on some days just stayed in the hotel. The rooftop pool was amazing - great way to escape the heat and relax in the shade of the cabanas with curtains. Breakfast was quite varied and was very affordable. For dinner we preferred the diverse food courts at the nearby shopping mall.

We had a brilliant stay here at Mamaka, we’ve been travelling around Bali for 4 weeks and it’s by far the best hotel we have come across for value for money. The gym is brilliant, all the equipment you would need, and the roof top pool had great table service and loungers, with the DJ and food also excellent! The surfing with Febrie is an absolute must! what an amazing experience with someone who was not only great fun, but also brilliant at his job. Joel, who I believe to be the manager, went above and beyond, always asking how we were and seeing if there was anything he could help with. He is an absolute credit to the hotel. The breakfast was fabulous, however my only critique would be the service on some occasions was a little long, however understandably a lot of places are only just reopening and new teams finding their feet If we find ourselves in Kuta again we will definitely be back!

This was my sixth visit to Bali and I’m incredibly pleased that my family and I experienced the most wonderful stay at Mamaka (and I would even say one of my best stays of all, comparing this with my stays at other top rated Airbnb villas in Bali, and 5 star hotels in Singapore). Mamaka has truly great service, great decor, great rooms, great rooftop, great food, at such a great deal! The moment I arrived, I was charmed by the aesthetics of the lobby, and friendly vibes from the team that greeted me. Our two rooms (one had a double bed and one had two single beds) were beautifully designed, spacious, with a nice side table & sofa, the bed, pillow, comforter was so comfy (I slept really well because of that), shower had good water pressure, aircon was solid, and cleanliness was well maintained each day. We were given as many complimentary bottles of still water. Smart TV had various apps for your selection and channels. I’ve been to my fair share of beach clubs in bali, and Mamaka’s rooftop really blew me away! I loved the colour scheme, the furnishing, the overall vibes was awesome. So many cabanas and sun-beds along the infinity pool (pool was long, good to sleep laps). There is an outdoor movie area with bean bags where they screened a movie each night (nice movies, suitable for the whole family, e.g. Raya and the last Dragon) and served fresh popcorn. The rooftop dining area had good music playlist, ample seatings, and sofas for you to enjoy the gorgeous views of the beach and sunset. My fam and I are foodies at heart, and we had really tasty food from the various menus of Mamaka, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and 24/7 room service.

Location was amazing! I loved the cute bedroom design and the rooftop restaurant and bar was nice. The pool was amazing and very nice to chill around.

Incredible stay with unbeatable location and service. We had a blast with Anti in her yoga class and Febry with his surf lessons. We also had the rare privilege of being greeted by the owner Joel who was so personable. We felt lucky we could tell him in person how much we love his hotel!
