Everything was great: - the staff; so kind and so hard working, they do everything to make sure you have a lovely stay - the rooms; we where with 4 adults and 1 child and booked a Kokomo and High Bali room - the cleaning of the room; they clean twice a day. The first time is in the morning for a good clean, the second time is in the evening when they throw out the trash again, make up your bed - the cleaning of the hotel; everywhere you look people are cleaning, it's very clean - the breakfast was really good; you can choose from the menu, so no buffet (which I think is great because you don't have any food waste). You can choose one dish (all are amazing), have coffee and water (unlimited) and choose a healthy juice. They also have a special menu for kids and when we didn't see toast with peanut butter on this menu we've asked for it and we got it. The kitchen is doing everything to make the guest have a good meal - the restaurant upstairs is really good; the menu is very Western oriented, but sometimes that's just what you want ;-) - the swimming pool is amazing; it's on the rooftop so a lot of sun and great views. Also it's not busy, we always found a spot when we went swimming. There are free towels you can use (also for the beach you can ask for towels at the reception) - the gym is small but complete to do your work outs - the location is great; only a 5 minute walk to a big shopping mall and the beach is just across the street - there are washing machines available. We didn't use them because just a few hundred meters away is a laundry service that washes and folds your clothes for only 15K per kilo

Super modern & spacious rooms with really cute touches e.g. welcome snacks! Being able to use the app to order room service & talk to staff was fab. The free gym & gym classes, free laundry, free sunset yoga, great massages at the spa (Yogi was amazing), surf lessons etc. Great WiFi & central location Finally, the staff were super kind and friendly - thanks for a great stay!

Everything is just perfect. The most clean hotel in Bali. We had the top gun suite which was perfect. Food is amazing on the rooftop. The app they use is working very well, and you can order anything or chat with the reception anytime. Room service is 24 hours and they provide complementary message, snacks and drinks at check in. We stayed in 5 hotels over 2 weeks in Bali and this is the one I rate highly if you are after cleanliness and perfection.

Extreme overpriced all services, hidden costs. Local beer from candle 175.000 etc / 10,50 eur InAsia, poor Bali where average hour rate is 1,2 eur? No No No
